[Staff Movement]
• Coordinate all staff movement cases including new joiners, promotions, transfer, probation confirmation or extension and leavers
• Execute administrative tasks such as consolidating documents, communicating with managers, coordinating with payroll agency, assisting on-boarding and off-boarding arrangements
[Compensation and Benefits]
• Coordinate payroll tasks such as monthly payroll, insurance, withholding tax, government audit
• Develop and manage company benefit program and policy such as medical checks, group insurance, educational sponsorship, short-term benefit events
[Others]
• Assist performance management
• Coordinate various training sessions and company events in collaboration with CS team
• Support on-site (DC) HR tasks such as interview, training, events
• Help ensure reliable operation of all HR policies and procedures
• Execute ad-hoc tasks as needed/instructed by superiors

•Identify recruitment channels, recommend suitable candidates
•Build strong partnership with recruitment agencies
•Basic knowledge of handling payroll agency
•Execute administrative tasks such as arranging interviews, conducting orientations, advertising for recruitment, preparing employment contract and relevant document, collecting contract and supporting documents for personal file recording
