- Assist ARD to plan & monitor the sales targets and gain stronger market share
- Analyze business to plan & implement proper improvements and development plans
- Collaborate with relevant parties/departments internally to execute any projects and/or resolve issues
- Manage TR Retail Team and develop each member to strive for proper business attitude with high level of service mind through coaching or providing support through collaboration with key counterparts in office
- Show flexibility and adaptability to changes of business and drive the store teams
with appropriate and timely directions
- Support business development project for each Duty Free Operators including contract renewals
- Work diplomatically with business partners to support Gucci business for achieving
sustainable growth
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in Luxury Retail – Travel Retail preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Must possess problem solving ability and strong drive in business changes or economy ambiguities
- Must be a good team player, detail oriented, with high standard of service
