- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, counsel internal clients on legal issues
- Prepare public filings, lead internal compliance function, conduct investigations, respond to claims and manage litigation
- Assist with corporate governance, apitalization management, mergers and acquistions, and other matters generally under the purview of the General Counsel
경력 및 자격요건
- Admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction
- Fluency in Korean, excellent written English skills
- 1~2years of general corporate experience in a Korean or U.S. law firm or corporation.
