• To build and implement the retail strategy in term of enhancement of in store client experience
• To give all the support required by the boutiques in order for them to achieve their sales objective and deliver the best service to our clients.
• Collect information from boutiques and competitors and create Daily, Monthly, Yearly sales reports
• Create studies and present data points for boutiques to drive business development.
• Review expenses of all boutiques
• Build and develop a strong team through good recruitment practices, performance management process
• Support Boutiques in daily operation - Assist to fulfill CS KPI and to hand complaint cases
• Order spare part at the request of boutiques
• Store Planning
• Managing CRM ( Client-telling)
경력 및 자격요건
• Experience: Junior from 3years of RTW /LG and Senior from 5 years of RTW /LG
• Men's category experience MUST!!!
• Retail experience for international brands well known for their strong retail and service oriented culture will be highly regarded
• Skills required: strong analytical, organized, responsible and excellent communication skills, detail oriented
• Behavioral competencies: excellent interpersonal skills, reliable and independent, positive attitude, presentable, team player.
• Great reputation necessary
