- Manage accounts in terms of retail presentation, market and consumer. Results will be defined as relocation, refurbishment, replacement and enlargement.
- Maintaining strong business partnership with accounts.
- Shop rounding regularly to develop, apply and oversee the business activities.
- Build strategic plan for accounts.
- Propose and ensure execution of policies, programs and processes to achieve target and strong brand positioning.
- Develop and execute seasonal strategies and assortment plan. Analyze sell-thru & competitors’ status and consumer & store profile.
- Manage monthly delivery target by account.
- Monitor inventory status in accounts
- Work with Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain properly
경력 및 자격요건
- 3+ year experience in Sales or Retail business
- Prefer the experience in sports or outdoor or casual fashion brands with consignment (franchise) stores and Department Stores
- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
- Verbal and written English communication
