- Create and develop brand’s digital content and manage communication with consumers and deploy a relevant digital media & communication strategy to support the brand’s ambition
- Drive and implement social media, community engagement and influencer strategy for local in line with brand strategies and business objectives to maximize awareness and share of voice, build brand equity and strengthen positioning
- Align with Ecommerce team to build annual digital marketing and communication plan that will help raise brand awareness and familiarities to improve traffic to our online business
- Ensure digital marketing is integrated and are consistent with the global/ regional marketing strategy
- Plan and execute PR Communication activities & programs including corporate & internal PR, digital, media and events
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including publishing, across global/regional functional marketing team
- Develop and execute consumer-centered marketing strategy and tactics after analyzing consumer’s lifestyle and identifying their needs
- Manage PR and event agencies, marketing budgets and resource with positive ROI and follow up and report on KPI’s and objectives connected to responsibility
- Support and lead bi-weekly, monthly and on-demand internal communication events working with Marketing Manager
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing/PR/communication position
- Experience executing and/or leading digital marketing programs for digital agencies or client marketing
- Strong digital and communication experience to ensure best in class content strategy and delivery with network of cultural influencers Proven marketing experiences on creative and strategic approach
- Understanding of how to use digital marketing channels, techniques and operating models
- Bringing collaborative, positive and energetic atmosphere to the communications and other teams as a team-player
- Passionate about brand, culture, arts, youth and subculture
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English
