1. Market Trend & Consumer needs Research
- To conduct fabric, material, colors and graphics research based on trend direction
- the research of domestic and international markets for silhouette/ color / fabric trends each season.

2. Development
- Material & Sub-material (Fit, fabric, finish, sundries and trim etc.) developments
- Proceed to create product designs and/or help with existing product designs

3. Drawing
- Create and complete technical sketches for all silhouettes to be developed
- Translate design direction and fabric/trim selections into original designs

Management

4. Preparing a pre-production sample stage

5. Sampling Management
- Communication with suppliers for samples
- Set-up spec sheets for all chosen styles
- Report sample schedule to senior designer weekly basis.

1.Bag designer with at least 5 years of experience in casual brands
2.Ability to research and report on industry trend direction, colour direction, and materials
3.Ability to illustrate designs & concepts in both hand sketch and rendering forms
4.Good sense of colour and fabrication is required
5.Ability to manage multiple seasonal calendars in a fast paced environment
6.Ability to successfully work in a team environment
7.Ability to successfully multitask, prioritize and time manage in a fast paced environment
