1) eral HR Management
Understand the business strategy and its HR implications to ensure HR practices are supporting the functional
departments in achieving their objectives
- Provide function heads with value-added HR advice and support in their people management
- Manage the successful implementation of group HR initiatives for Korea.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of HR practices across the market.
- Maintain effective communication to keep Management team apprised with critical people issues
2) Talent Acquisition
- Design recruiting plan according to the annual business plan, recruit the right person for the right job at the right
time in an efficient and cost-effective way with a strong focus on retail talent acquisition.
- Understand changes in the business and the organization, help departments update position descriptions to reflect business growth and evolution
- Identify and implement effective people assessment tools to enhance the selection process
- Provide effective consultation to line managers on staffing issues
3) Talent Development and Performance Management
- Develop and implement departmental people development programs to enhance bench strength
- Assist line managers in addressing associate performance issues in a timely manner
4) Associate Relations
- Analyze staff turnover reasons and propose improvement plans to management
- Maintain effective associate communication channels to enable management hear the voice of the associates
- Assist line managers with legal compliance through education, consultation, and monitoring to prevent labor disputes from happening
- Execute recognition programs to boost associate morale
5) Compensation Benefits
- Develop & maintain competitive salary structure for the company based on market data.
- Support timekeeping and payroll administration.
- Maintain a competitive benefits system and performance evaluation system
경력 및 자격요건
- 6-10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in multinational luxury retail
- Sound knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements
- Experienced in full spectrum of HR management
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration or HR related field
- Excellent written and oral English & Korean skills ( Written and Spoken)
