• Maintain a high level of order accuracy and carry out
• Take strong responsibility and end-to-end ownership for own work.
• Provide professional support to internal and external customers
• Ensure all customers are advised of back orders on all urgent orders
• Fully participate in open communication to all team members and team leads
• Be proactive in making recommendations to the team lead / customer solution manager for improvements
• Process Credits after investigation and approval.
• Continually monitor electronic orders (EDI) and take following actions
• Continually monitor and update all queries according to customer solution processes
• Build Master database and historical report
• Co-ordinate with Logistics team for the inbound & outbound delivery to wholesales & retail customers
• Collecting raw data from ERP, processing and reporting business figures to expected audiences.

• At least 5 years working experiences as a customer service or relevant filed may have full understanding about order to cash flow
• Medical devices, Pharmaceutical and UDI experiences are plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with ease at different levels of hierarchy
• Proficient in English communication
• Can deliver a customer focused service to internal and external customers
