1. Recruitment
- Own the recruitment of key positions, mapping strategies, university relations, vendor and budget management,
etc.
-Response to candidates/staffs inquiries through phone, email, website.
- List up and manage candidates pool
- Update job openings on diverse recruiting channels
- Set and implement goals and KPIs for the recruitment team to drive function results.
- Stay continuously up to date on recruitment trends and employ a variety of creative new channels, tools and
techniques.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
2. Branding
- Localize and implement an employment branding strategy that enhances every brand’s visibility to attract target
candidates
- Initiate, create and drive the design and implementation of talent acquisition and talent management projects.
- Monitor and track metrics to measure trends and effectiveness and ensure timely and accurate reporting on
recruitment performance and results.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
3. Report
-Salary survey, daily/weekly/monthly report to HR manager and Spain HQ.
4. HR Administration
- Document management/filing
- Update/maintenance of staff information records and personal documents

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of five years’ experience executing
recruitment and talent acquisition practices
- Has knowledge of Human Resources and
management concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities
to be proactive
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of
implementing innovative and effective strategies for
sourcing passive candidates.
- Fluent in English both in written and verbal
communication.
- Highly adaptable and flexible.
