• Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Check store efficiency & productivity
• Support & manage all Store operational issues ( Security, Guards, Stationary etc.)
• Support & manage stock transfer strategy,
• Manage projects and activities with cross functions/external partners
• Manage Store openings/closings/renewals
• Manage procurement process store and office
• Follow up store by store participating coaching
• Elevating store operation team’s level
• Visit stores and conduct immediate actions required

• Minimum 8 years related working experience in retail, at least 3 years in managerial level
• Fashion experience essential, fast fashion is preferably
• Experience of managing stores openings also desirable
• Cross functional working skills (across multiple levels of management and ability to work with diverse cultures)
• People orientated with proven experience of developing and motivating large team
• Proficient in written & spoken Korean and English
• Frequent travel on store visits is required
• Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint especially)
• University Graduated
