• Lead sales forecast to generate demand by optimizing SCA factor (Lead time and SSD) collaborating with marketing and RAQA
• Analyze forecast variance periodically and share root cause with Marketing and RAQA to lead FA improvement.
• Lead weekly supply meeting to align and follow up supply and priority and be responsible to maintain forecast file
•Ensure supply on time to achieve company wide sales target working with PSPM and APAC DP team
• Be responsible for material master data as PDS in Korea market leading master data set up from initiate to complete through collaboration with relevant team
• Be responsible to set up SNP. In case of SNP system issue, make sure to raise ticket to ITS on time with priority to avoid any supply disruption.
• Lead Sign off (S&OP) meeting monthly to align the gap in between forecast and actual sales, KPIs, New product, supply chain outlook, inventory level to see overall supply chain status.
• Prepare reports such as excess inventory, lost sales, OOS, Monthly Metrix
• Provide supply chain leadership to improve forecast accuracy which subsequently make improved inventory($) level.
• Project year end inventory level to develop action plan in line with company wide cashflow target by meeting inventory ($) target
• Participate global initiative project to implement in market successfully
• Lead local initiatives to improve product supply through collaboration with commercial and RAQA

• Education: 4-year college
• Experience: 3+ of which must have been spent in supply chains
• Languages Skill: Fluent in English communication skill
• Skills: Good communication, good teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills,
• Computer skills: Professional MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and Project
