• Ensure the implementation and execution of visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Work closely with regional visual merchandising team and a contractor for store maintenance and display changeover
• Manage and order VM collateral for store opening/renovation/relocation and set up the store
• Provide support to stores required to adapt visual merchandising standards to their environment
• Work collaboratively with the Retail Team and Travel Retail Team to support the delivery of business results through VM specific approaches Participate in the coordination and set-up of new locations from a VM perspective
• To prepare and install all special events / pop up stores / collection previews involving product display

• Degree and above in Fashion Retail Management, Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in visual merchandising
• Experience in store display and event display in luxury retail industry is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Korean
• Possess excellent communication and strong analytical skill
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in the field, with a detail orientated approach
• Independent, well organized, as well as a good team player
• Willingness to participate in innovative project
