-Assist seasonal Buying and preparations
-Support merchandising initiatives to maximize the sales opportunities with cross functional teams

[Execute Internal Stock Transfer across Boutiques to maximize the sales]
-Collect deposit cases from all boutiques and conduct the internal stock transfer across boutiques daily
-Check out Boutique’s follow up according to TR request and communicate with Boutiques
-Arrange Internal Merchandising Rebalancing according to Manager’s directions on a weekly basis
-Follow up overall TR process through communication with boutiques, other functional teams including Warehouse and logistics department.

[Arrange and Follow up Oversea Stock Request]
-Collect deposit cases from all boutiques and follow up oversea stock request on a weekly basis
-Check the confirmation status and follow up with boutiques
-Arrange oversea transfer out to other country following to manager’s direction

[Support seasonal OTO sales tracking & Stock arrangement]
-Collect manual OTO Deposit list alongside OTO rotations schedule daily
-Track/follow up the stock transfer & oversea stock request 5. Conduct seasonal collection trainings
-Support seasonal training materials preps
-Sample arrangement 6. Make merchandising map book
-Make and update merchandising map book every season, every category and distribute them to all boutiques and relevant cross functional teams

[Manage Trunk Show Samples]
-Check trunk show products delivery with enclosed invoice
-Arrange TS rotations to boutiques according to OTO schedule
-Sales and stock tracking as occasion demands such as special OTO and sales events
-Update the seasonal sales report templates with pictures

[Competitor market research]

- 8 yrs~10yrs of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in luxury retail industry (Especially experience & specialty for Men’s category will be preferred)
- Team oriented with ability to multi-task in a rapid growing, ever-changing environment
- Proactive, Highly organized
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical, communication skill
- Excellent in MS, especially Excel
- Fluent written & verbal skill in English
