• Lead annual budget process and monthly forecast update.
• Responsible for Accounting and financial operations, conduct monthly, quarterly, yearly financial closing
• Responsible for Statutory audit and Corporate income tax adjustment
• Prepare necessary report to Corporate Finance (HQ) by quarterly
• Managing product costing, aged stock, inventory projection in cooperation with logistic team
• Review reconciliation of B/S & P/L accounts with the supporting data and take corrective actions for the discrepancies identified.
• Review monthly cash flow for cash management
• Review and ensure intercompany transaction
• Review withholding tax return and V.A.T filing
• Review payment vouchers and journal entries for monthly closing
• Communicate with internal customers and provide a solution for accounting issue
• Support to Korea CEO for monthly rolling forecast, operating budget and long-range plan
• Analysis retail business KPI
• Communicate with legal firm for all company legal issue
•SOP development to be ln line with global policy
경력 및 자격요건
• 4year university degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in Finance
• Ability to use independence and judgment to recognize and resolve problems within policy and procedure
• Be accountable for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of own work
• Strong leadership skill and team management
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing in English
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP system
• Experience in multinational / retail industry company preferred
