• End to end delivery of digital project across all customer touchpoints in Korea
• Lead 3rd party agency and internal cross functional partners through all stages of the project
• Lead ideation, requirement gathering, and launch of E-commerce features that enable customers to have a frictionless, engaging and localized digital customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from both the global (London) and regional (Hong Kong) offices to gather, review, and prioritize requirements
• Analyze release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews and escalating upcoming delays to Head of E-Commerce
• Document & communicate all required status updates to all relevant third parties and teams
• Assure quality in deliverables by closely managing project implementation, communicating efficiently with different parties, identifying project risks in advance, running comprehensive QA tests; maintaining a clear set of project and technical documentations
• Manage and maintain effective relationship with all vendors, and partner to identify and apply solutions as needed for site experience improvement and operational optimization
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Mitigate issues and risks, and escalating effectively
• Manage the budget and project burndown across multiple streams, and reporting on this to stakeholders in an agile environment
경력 및 자격요건
• Strong ecommerce experience, with experience in the apparel / retail industry preferred
• Experience across multiple digital & omnichannel areas (e.g. payment gateway, delivery proposition, UX, content management, user experience, content, merchandising, marketing analytics)
• Relevant project management experience is essential
• In-depth understanding of digital environments and end-to-end business processes from a technical point of view
• Understanding across multiple CMS, eCommerce platforms, analytics tools and PIM systems preferred
• Experienced working with third party development teams
• Strong organizational skills with a rigorous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies, such as Prince2 and Agile.
• Strong technical skills with particular competence using project management tools (such as MS Project or TeamGantt), word, excel and Google docs.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• High proficiency in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
