1. Develop and drive internal communication strategy and tactics that will engage and inspire associates.
2. Execute communication initiatives that engage internal stakeholders towards the company’s vision, OGSM platform, ambassadorship on Health Nutrition, and increase advocacy for our segment, business and brand.
3. Manage strategically internal communication tools and channels such as regular briefings, newsletter, regular workshop & gathering, and other digital communications platform, etc.
4. Develop visible communication strategies for GM and Korea Leadership Team.
5. Drive embedding The Five Principles and the Passion for Pets strategy.

1. Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Communications/Marketing preferred

2. Knowledge/Experience
- +5 years professional expertise in internal communications in a multinational company
- Leadership and Business Communications: speech and copy writing experience are essential.
- Solid project management skills - proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to track projects with varying deadlines.
- Experience and interest in managing/developing social media for internal audiences.
- Fluency in English preferred, both written and oral.
- Must be politically savvy, with ability to deal with all levels of management, as well as a variety of positions and personalities, as well as to influence without authority.

3. Key Functional Competencies & Technical Skills
- Proven ability to develop engaging internal communication campaigns based on industry leading best practice
- Experience in developing and driving to execution change management and vision communication
- Speech or copy writing experience
- Knowledge and application of Social media and digital tools
