[Digital/e-commerce project management]
* Support project management to scope work, set business goals, identify appropriate resources, track and report on progress and develop schedules.
* Manage issues through meetings, correspondence, with APAC/Korea region and agency through timely and complete communications
* Work with the Quality Assurance Team closely to deliver satisfactory result of tasks
* Build out of features and tools to improve trust and transparency

* Support in building processes for e-commerce operations with regional teams
* Identify business and system requirements from end users, design and deliver as on-going basis
* Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
* Monitor entire order process and enhance the online sales activity
[Research for new digital trends and analyze the competitors]
* Research digital product market and partners to select best breed of solutions
* Manage and maintain effective relationship with all vendors, and partner to identify and apply solutions as needed for site experience improvement and operational optimization
* Document any identified required status updates, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/ teams
* Budget management, contract building and payment processing
경력 및 자격요건
* Overall understanding of the fashion industry
* An interest in the Internet industry in digital space and eCommerce business
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external teams
* Fluent verbal and written English-language skills
* Proficient Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. skills
* Knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud
* Tech savvy and proactive about independently learning new developments
