- CRM 프로그램/프로모션 기획, 운영
1. Manage and operate CRM programs : New member recruitment, Membership activation, Loyalty reinforcement programs
2. Communicate and work closely with the CRM agency to extract customer insights and design short-term CRM programs and develop/renew long-term CRM programs
3. Plan and develop annual promotion offers to CRM members (Seasonal promotion, store opening/closing/renewal promotion, MD promotion, exclusive services…)
4. Create communication messages and means (LMS, SMS, Newsletter, Kakao, POSM, SNS) aligned with Marketing guidelines, in a creative and timely manner
5. Consumer research or any other consumer data management experience is plus
6. Lead and communicate effectively with external partners to execute co-promotion to drive target traffic and achieve sales target
7. Manage and renew partnership contracts
8. Work closely with the web maintenance agency to maintain official website with up-to-date contents (incl. APP/mobile site)
9. Responsible for ongoing improvement to the website (incl. APP/mobile site) regarding key messages, menu descriptions, images, order/hierarchy of menu, store information, etc.
10. Establish procedures and support CS to ensure proper communications to customers and stores
경력 및 자격요건
- 대졸 이상 / 마케팅 경력 5년 / F&B, FMCG 업종 경력(선호) / 영어 가능자 (선호)
1. Main skills, competencies and knowledge required
2. 5 years of relevant experience
3. University Degree
4. Organized, client focus, open minded, marketing oriented
5. Consumer research or any other consumer data management experience is plus
6. Marketing Experience in FMCG or F&B industry
7. Understanding on consumer marketing
8. Experience in e-Commerce or digital marketing function
9. Collaborative attitude, good interpersonal communication skill
10. Good English skill is preferred
