1. Delivering the HB Culture and people strategy
- Deliver the global Mission and Value to potential candidates and current employees
- Work closely with levels of employees to ensure that they embody the culture
- Develop the Coaching and Feedback Culture
2. Process and HR policies Management
- Responsible all HR processes, and policies are efficiently and effectively implemented
- Ensure HR policies are communicated to by all employees
- Ensure the entitlements of agreements are upheld and compliant with relevant
regulations
- Keep up-to-date with relevant Korea employment legislation
- To contribute to increasing leadership capability and engagement by providing the
support and tools line managers need to be able to make their own people decisions
3. Management of the all levels of recruitment for retail and office to ensure the right
people are recruited into the right roles at the right time
- Devise & implement the recruitment strategy, focusing on Time to hire, Recruitment
costs, Recruiting to business requirements
- Managing the end to end recruitment process, including The management of
Recruitment administration ie. Writing of position advertisements, position briefs,
Shortlisting candidate
- Organising and conducting interviews
- Carrying out recruitment due diligence ie. references maintaining a high level of
candidate care
- Coach & train People Managers in the recruitment process and interview techniques
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to drive succession planning & internal promotions where appropriate
경력 및 자격요건
- HR 경력 10년 이상(차장~부장)
- Retail 혹은 FMCG 경력자 우대
- 영어 능통자
- Communicatio Skill 우수자
