APAC 산하 아시아 지역 (한국,베트남,일본,중국 일부) infrastructure, Network, Security 프로젝트 관리 및 운영 지원
•Assist APAC and Global IT to Administer firewall, switching, routing and network information structure, insuring security, reliability and throughput
•Preferential if you have experience as an engineer on Cisco Switch, Firewall, Wireless controller. If you get a Cisco certified guy and he has no admin role on switch, fw, wlc – he will be frustrated.
• Maintain operation of all business-critical systems
• Maintain secure data environment
• Manage enterprise Windows servers and services
• Configure and manage physical and virtual server infrastructure
• Support internal network, Firewall, DMZ, and Internet-facing servers and applications.
• Maintain documentation on all aspects of network
• Provide technical direction for computer and information technology systems, including but not limited to, operating, maintaining, backup, servicing, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and evaluating systems, hardware software and networks.
• Ensure individual network servers, work stations, and related systems, hardware and software applications are functioning properly and securely.
• Administer firewall, switching, routing and network information structure, insuring security, reliability and throughput.
• Planning and implementing future IT developments and project work.
• Work closely with other departments for collaborating IT projects.
• Light design and programming work related to file transfers or automated scripting.
• Assistance of help desk during high call volume periods.
• Other duties outlined by the Technical Support Manager and/or Director of Technology.
• Manage and support IT asset including software and license by guideline
경력 및 자격요건
1) 학사 , 전산 관련 전공자 우대
2) 5년이상의 경력 선호, but 신입 혹은 관련 경력 1년 이상 JR급 지원가능 (영어 능통) - APAC communication담당
2) 비지니스 영어 능통자 (필수)
3) 시스코 엔지니어 경력자 우대
4) Global 및 HQ 등과 다양한 프로젝트 경험 보유자
5) 각종 벤더 및 아웃소싱 업체 관리 경력자
6) Shared Service에 대한 이해도 보유자 우대
7) 커뮤니케이션 스킬 우수한 자
