- Coordinate and manage all aspects of merchandising, sourcing and production.
- Generate seasonal and long-term product strategies that fit with Global, Regional and Local direction
- Develop market requirements for future product releases based on market trends, competitor information and customer requirement.
- Analyze market trends, material, fabrication and product line category needs for the local market.
- Develop SMU product lines that fit market trends and market needs.
- Develop in-store merchandising plan based on store location.
- Analyze and generate periodical sales and KPI reports and purpose appropriate action to take.
- Plan and manage product range to maximize company profit. Organize product category; maintain SKU number, forecast and match revenue and gross margin for each product category.
- Product Management, Sales and Alliances to drive market adoption and sales success.
- Perform detailed pricing analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies.
