- Lead package innovation (CIF/Craft/ADJ) and technology (TIF/VE) package development projects with the needs from customers on time in full for East Asia BU, meanwhile support efficiency (GLY/LEF) improvement, quality improvement, reduction of consumer complain and supplying safety through developing the alternative materials and activities of the quality improvement.
- Lead package innovation development and commissioning for topline growth projects across markets within BU
- Lead package innovation development and commissioning for Craft and Adjacencies across markets within BU
- Lead package project development and implementation per TIF agenda in BU and connect to Zone and Global for technical collaboration.
- Lead package project development of value engineering and support value creation of VE/TIF pipeline.
- Lead capability development and process improvement for packaging category for BU team via connecting to other BU/Zone/Global/Suppliers packaging network
- Lead Draught and other appliance solution development for BU
- Support BU brewery efficiency and quality improvement initiatives by working together with B&Q and BS team

- In depth knowledge of package technology and relevant engineering
- Experience with packaging technology/development and innovation projects
- Languages: English Intermediate - advanced level, written and spoken
- Highly analytical profile and synthesis ability

- Knowledge of project management and Supply Chain process
- Digital skills: Advanced Excel, Power Point, Project.

- Relevant experience in technology and innovation development for package and appliance, project
/capability/team development in international company in relevant industry.
- Relevant experience in packaging operations, and project management of product and process development & implementation is a plus.
