1. Conduct on-going market study for understanding customer behaviors and marketing trend
2. Develop brand marketing strategy and execution plan, aligning with the group office and company’s management purpose
3. Communicate with users including , Digital Marketing& Sales, DistributionChannels, etc. forunderstaningon marketing purposes, campaign plans, and specific contents development requirements
4. Lead marketing execution &contents development planning and drive progressby collaborating with user teams, inhouse designers, and external vendors if needed
5. Assure the quality and timely delivery of contents to the users, such as;
• Brand marketing contents for awareness and customer loyalty uplift
• marketing campaign/event contents for member acquisition/engagement and sales leads generation
• Personalized contents per target customer segment, POC, and offer package for customer inflow and sales conversion
• Marketing materials/goods for corporate campaign/events
6. Regular check-up and upgrade of the marketing contents

경력 및 자격요건
• University graduated or above
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Branding / Marketing area
• Marketing Agency experiences (e.g. planning, creative directing, copywriting, etc.) preferred
• Insurance/Financial industry experience and/or good understanding/insights on insurance products and customer behaviors will be a plus
• English proficiency(both written and spoken)
• Proactive, hands-on, creative, and agile executor
