[People Management & Development]
• Ensure that field team organizations are stabilized with optimal staffing
• Involve in HR criteria from Interview to hire, coaching and counseling staffs in accordance with the policy
• Work with store management teams to maintain consistent management, operational practices and service standard
• Empower store management with clear communication for development and motivation
• Define and prioritize areas that needs to be improved for coaching and training
[Analysis & Strategy]
• Responsible for preparation of reports – periodic analysis data, inventory status, etc.
• Has expertise in programs brand ecosystem has, such as brand Retail, BI, etc.
• Analyze and track store performance on regular basis to support Retail Manager
• Work closely with HQ to develop consistent and advanced process for retail strategic initiatives
• Monitor market trends and maximize collaboration with landlords based on consistent communication and well-build relationship
[Store Operation & Inventory]
• Uphold highest standards on all company policies and guidelines
• Come up with effective way to optimize efficiency of retail operations, collaborating with functional teams
• Support and follow up all store operational parts including stationaries, uniform, CS, etc.
• Monitor how sufficient inventory level is well maintained and replenished, focusing on consolidation of field team’s qualitative feedback for improvement
• Communicate with HQ and internal/external business partners closely for store operations
경력 및 자격요건
• Min. 5 years of experience in retail environment
• Experience in Luxury or Fashion industry preferable
- 국내브랜드 중간관리 경력 x. 해외수입브랜드/명품 직영영업 경력자
- Fluent English (본사와 call 정기적으로 있음)
