1) IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BRAND VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS IN ALL DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
- In coordination with Mono and Multi-brand manager, develop annual implementation plan per distribution format according to retail calendar.
- Prepare and distribute channel specific Visual Merchandising guidelines based on central marketing guidelines.
- Deliver coaching and training regarding Visual Merchandising practices and specific implementation or product displays to all involved local parties (i.e. store staff, district manager).
- Ensure all products, display materials and relevant information reach store staff on a timely and efficient manner.
2) VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARD MAINTEANCE AND MONITORING
- Develop and implement a monitoring system to maintain Visual Merchandising standards at POPs.
- Provide feedback and course of action to Retail Management on VM implementation in order to secure a strict adherence to centrally defined standards.
3) VISUAL MERCHANDISING MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
- In coordination with Retail Management and Market Development Management, evaluate and relate all additional local needs of visual merchandising materials to Communication Department.
- Provides all departments with needed visual merchandising materials.
- In coordination with Mono and Multi-brand managers, formulate forecast for visual merchandising materials for approval.
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree
- 8~ 12 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent English & Korean proficiency, communication skills
- A high-quality presentation, in accordance to central marketing guidelines and local requirements, across all POPs on a continuous basis.
- Development of systematic training, information and monitoring tools toward retail team
- Sound VM materials management to ensure enough materials for high quality presentation at each POP.
