• Collaborate with stakeholders (Global Headquarter Brand Communication team and local PR agencies) to develop and execute brand communication strategies, determine communication objectives, and development of communication programs/initiatives/and campaign which leads to enhance brand equity at Korea market.
• Develop and manage KOL and influencer seeding plans to drive brand awareness and establish targeted brand positioning which is aligned with global headquarter team’s strategy to have a consistent brand image globally.
• Collaborate with global headquarter brand communication team to identify and foster new media partners and cultivate relationship with KOL and influencers in the fashion/premium lifestyle industry
• Oversee market research to keep abreast of brand’s positioning in the market
• Monitor and analyse effectiveness of brand communication activities and report insights to management
• Establish and maintain key media relationships across traditional and new platforms
• Prepare and distribute press releases and write reports on media coverage data
• Arrange and manage delivery for samples
• Manage brand communication contracts, invoices, and budget
• Manage content seeding to increase brand awareness and equity
• Manage press conferences and PR events
경력 및 자격요건
• About 5+ years for experience in Fashion/Cosmetics/Automobile brand, Lifestyle PR agency, or publish company
• University degree in PR/Marketing Communication is a plus
• Excellent communication skills which deliver global brand communication and brand initiatives to local agencies
• Connection with celebrities and Key Opinion Leaders at fashion field is a plus
• Korean/English bilingual is mandatory
• Basic skill in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
