- Develop key business initiatives and strategies based on analyzing business opportunity
- Build and develop projects to drive innovation across client journey
- Lead and manage site innovation & service improvement with close cross functional collaboration from Digital Marketing, Sales planning, Merchandising and Client Service.
- Manage the development, testing and implementation of new technologies and third party applications into the eCommerce systems architecture
- Integrate and leverage global assets into regional requirements by partnering with global stakeholders to enhance the site.
- Provide reporting and business insight based on site user behavior via analytics
- Provide recommendations for future site and conversion funnel enhancements, blueprint ideal consumer journey and execute the strategy on site.
- Oversee site performance and ensure improvements to KPI’s
- Lead the execution of Omnichannel projects: liaison with cross-functional teams including Store Ops, Digital Merchandise Planning / Inventory, Finance, IT and others to ensure new solutions are developed and deployed successfully
- Drive continuous improvement for Fulfillment by monitoring NPS output from our consumers and influence our stakeholders based on client insights
- Manage logistic work efficiency, stock capacity and courier service quality by communication with e-WH
- Manage service quality improvement of Concession stores.
- Manage employee e-store
- Continue to optimize interface architecture between local, global and third party systems in order to streamline workflow
경력 및 자격요건
- Min 8 years of working experience in eCommerce organization. Preferred eCom operation work experience in Fashion industry
- Thoroughly developed analytical skills and ability to negotiate with partners.
- Fluent English and Korean skill in both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate and positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Computer proficient and internet savvy: fast to learn programs and web tools.
- Proven experience with software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Intermediary experience with major analytics platforms(i.e. GA) preferred
- Experience with CMS and OMS systems, a fundamental understanding of interface files and systems architecture commonly used in eCommerce operations
- A clear understanding of business levers which impact eCommerce commercial success, CR%, traffic, average order value, etc. and how to positively impact each of these in the KR eCom ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process.
- Proactive, energetic and positive attitude
- The candidate must be self-directed and able to work in a highly flexible and informally structured environment. Exemplary multi-tasking and time management skills are a necessity.
