Knowledgeable of features and benefits of key products and product lines and overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Enter and coordinate orders into SAP in a manner that will prevent errors and
omission.
Track stock (inventory) levels and planning purchasing schedule based on customer
orders and sample requests.
Proactively conducts strategic account reviews with all assigned supplier on a regular
basis to review services or products needed in alignment with agreed business goals.
Manages, supports and retains accounts through the development of strong
relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization, including
sales, purchasing, scheduling and logistics departments.
Prepares reports of business transactions.
Prepare status reports such as activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Follows EFC policies, guidelines, processes, work instructions and procedures.
Possesses and follows behavioral competencies and necessary skills to achieve
overall company desired results and expectations.
Utilizes company CRM and SAP system.
