1) Commercial Reports (Qualitative)
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports
- KPI Report
- Monthly and Yearly budget planning and following-up
- Be able to use internal system to generate pre-requisite reports and use excel or any MS-Office to analyze sales/traffic/business trend
- Competitors sales/activities survey
2) Commission Report
- Be responsible for Monthly commission report
- Be able to share feedback on commission result based on sales consequence
3) Recruitment:
- Evaluate, participate in the selection, maintain motivation and decide on the training needs of the management teams of the points of sale and Corporate sales in the area,
in order to main the level of quality required by the brand
4) Communication:
- Work closely with other depts and GM to fulfill Store Operation needs
5) Operation:
- Monitor sales trends and provide deep dive analysis of sales and KPI with qualitative feedback to support the sales actions, if required by the store or GM,
based on this prior analysis of profitability and planned objectives
- Able to work with subordinate on all other Retail Operation related business or logistics, store project including but not limited to Stationary, Uniform and Packaging ordering
- Supervise operation aligned with compliance and internal control
- Supervise vendor contract and retail expense
- Support all stores event activation and results following up
- Coordinate with HR/Training regarding on boarding program and operational training
- Manage store schedule and attendance and manage temp staff, if any
- Periodical store visit if needed
- Any other ad hoc reports manager meeting
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent cross department communication, and prioritizing skills
- Degree holder in fashion or Business Administration
- Well versed in MS Office tool, especially Excel and Power Point
- Good command of English
- High caliber with strong analytical and retail mind set
