• Sales Manager
- New account development with global team and expanding existing accounts in Korea
- Monitor and analyze the market situation/competition and definition of customer potentials / promote sales leads and identify and develop new business opportunities
- Responsible for the entire sales process – sales strategy, proposal development and negotiation to the conclusion of the contract
- Coordination of all the required technical & sales issue
- Inventory managements, coordinating with CSR & purchasing to keep appropriated local stock
- Monthly Sales & Projects reporting
- Participating & involvement in strategic sales planning and Budget
- People managing
경력 및 자격요건
• 12~18years of Sales&Marketing experience in Chemical/oil/lubricant industry
• Fluent in English
• People managing (must)
• Must have strong business acumen; team leadership skills
• Preferred working experience of MNC
