- Manage overall monthly closing process while reporting to Finance Manager
- Liaison with SSC(Shared Service Center) and directly manage specific accounts below;
1) Manage contra sales accounts
- Sales discount allowance
- Sales return reserve
2) Manage membership points accrual, App discount coupon accrual, etc.
3) Manage inventory balance while managing obsolescence & excess provision
4) Manage a list of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
- Coordinate a monthly reconciliation and workbook review with accounts
- Manage a corporate secretary while liaison with K&C to prepare Shareholders’ and BOD meeting minutes, etc.
- Weekly sales flash sales report
- Monthly net sales report / discount report
- Monthly sales allowance report (e.g. cash discount, volume discount, annual contract discount)
- Monthly sales discounts split by product for HFM upload
- Coordinate MAR(Monthly Accounting Review) reporting and monthly BS roll forward report
- Support Finance Manager to prepare/report Distributors' MOH Level on a monthly basis
- Quarterly reporting incl. Pension benefits, cash tax payment, etc.
- Coordinate meeting for Material Weakness for Revenue Recognition and submit MW remediation
- Support Finance Manager for internal audit and SOX review
- Support Finance Manager for any control and compliance matter
- Provide a main support for external audit
- Support a finance manager to prepare statutory financial books(BS, P&L) in conformity with KGAAP along with details
- Support Finance Manager to set up TP and TP adjustment
- Provide main support for CIT(Corporate Income Tax Return)
- Coordinate all reports/documents for CIT with accountants
- Liaison with local tax authorities regarding local tax issues
- Prepare APA annual report / other ad hoc reports
- Responsible for Customs Duty Filing
- Support Finance Manager for quarterly/annual tax related report

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
AICPA / KICPA preferred
G/L and Tax experience
Consumer goods / pharmaceutical / medical device industry preferred
