• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and long term planning/management for manufacturing functions including production, warehouse, inventory control, safety, environmental and also S&OP process.
• Improves production process, and resolves problems.
• Production plans, budgets, and policies and procedure for maintaining high standards of operations
• Development and execution of short-term/long-term production planning, policies, programs, and objectives.
• Establish Production KPI targets - Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery and Cost
• Responsible for the environmental, health and safety activity planning/ management for production.
• People managing

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing plants (preferred chemical industry)
• At least 3 years of people managing experience as a production manager/supervisor
• Experience in production facility operation and process management
• Business English skill
• Communication skills and strong leadership, effective teamwork building as well as talent develop-ment
