Improve and innovate process based on analytics(40%)
 Deduce improvement point of process linked to insight result through analysis for improving business performance through various knowledge and experience of business, data and IT.
 Participate in model design process of verify possibility and running possibility based on predictive model.
 Validate actual effect of predictive model anddeduce pain point to improve continuously.
 Lead collaboration with internal/external data analyst and field division officer.

2. Improve business record/performance through various new technology (40%)
 Review introduction of new technology to improve present business pains.
 Figure out technology/business risk and establish method of hedging when introducing new technology.
 Establish strategy to deduce actual benefit when introducing new technology.
 Lead collaboration with field division officer and IT officer when participating project.

3. Lead and participate in project to improve business performance (10%)
 Perform project to improve business performance successfully collaborate with relevant department through working to fit team’s R&R.
 Support project to achieve team’s KPI.

4. Share with employees in regard of technology trend identified continuously (10%)
 Research improve trend of technology and identify reference of introducing to market.

 Bachelor’s degree.
 Analytics experience of insurance or planning experience of improvement task over 6 years.
 PI, ISP and project experience of insurance or financial industry over 6 years.
 Process improvement experience and effect analytics experience for operation of insurance and sales of insurance over 6 years.
 Experience of participating and leading project.
 Basic in business English.
