-More than 1 year working experience in IT
-Preferred business level of English
-Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related
-Knowledge on computer hardware, system, network and software application
-Knowledge on active directory
-Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Retail industry experience will be a plus
