1) Training
- Understand luxury retail business, anticipate challenge to provide relevant training solution in the level of retail excellence
- Plan, organize, implement all activities relating Store training (product knowledge, selling skills, Service & other soft skills) and for this, validate training needs, implement, and review the feedback.
- Identified performance gaps, in a timely manner and with maximum effectiveness.
- Utilize various training approach classroom, digital, coaching etc…
- Develop all training manuals according to the store accordingly.
- Communicate closely with SM/DM to provide inputs on CA performance / communicate on training programs to support learning and development area.
2) Collaboration
- Support and collaborate with WW training Team (Digital learning, pilot and localization)
- Collaborate with NA training team on customized training and initiate local training solutions.
3) Clienteling
- Understand Clienteling’s importance and provide clienteling training
- Plan, organize, implement all clienteling related training including Soft skills & Hard skills and for this, validate training needs, implement, and review the feedback.
경력 및 자격요건
- 5-10years of experience in training or similar functions
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS office and outlook
- Ability to maintain in a high level of confidentiality on learning
- Diligence and punctuality
