• Analyze selling and stock on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Find new opportunities through ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic input on how to plan sales or activities based on stock levels and sales tendencies
• Drive profitable net growth by setting and following up a commercial plan for online. Take actions to optimize selling and stock based on analysis in selling & stock.
• Influence the buying process by sharing your market tendencies and customer knowledge to the buying team & global omni merchandising team.
• Managing the site content and strategically place the products on site, ensuring the ranking is optimized and in line with commercial focus working with a visual merchandiser
• Secure product enrichment process on daily basis and communicate with relevant departments (Global HQ, Marketplace) to make sure all products are enriched on time with right information
• Involve in IT development related to selling data, VM tools
• Monitor customer behavior and competitors by highlighting trends, features and website functionality that would add value to the customer experience
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experiences in an online or retail merchandising team, preferably in fashion industry. Knowledge in online business is a plus
• Advanced understanding of selling, stock and buying
• Has a fashion, business or numerical related degree qualification is preferred
• Strong in both verbal and written communication in English is required to communicate with global teams on daily basis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, raw data management is required
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills essential
• Ability to work in an organized and detail oriented way
• Positive attitude, team player, Open minded, Being flexible
• Strong communication skills
