1) Drive Sales Performance
- Deliver sales results (volume and revenue) and profit
- Responsible for the leadership and management of the entire TVHS channel to deliver profitable growth and financial targets.
- Responsible for set up channel plan and long term & short term sales strategy to deliver stable sales growth in TVHS channel
2) Airing Management
- Responsible for achieving sales target not only volume but also no. of airing
- Manage to set up airing times by customer through early/regular negotiation with customers (MBR/QBR)
- Manage to maximize efficiency through increasing brand PGM and premium time
- Manage to cost efficiency through minimizing airing cost and promotion cost
- Set up ASP guide line and control & keep balance promotional price (ASP)
3) Collaboration and Partnership
- Work with senior managers in Marketing, PR and Finance team to make sales plan integrated
- Work collaboratively with x-functional teams to achieve planned sell-out results

- Excellent people management abilities
- Strategic Execution with flawless operation
- Preferred TVHS Experience in Korea
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written. Over 12 years in FMCG industry in Sales&MKT Field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field
- Fluent in English and Native in Korean
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
