• Prepare and distribute channel specific visual merchandising guidelines based on HQ assets.
• Deliver coaching and training regarding visual merchandising practices and specific implementation or product displays to all involved local parties.
• Develop and implement a monitoring system to strengthen store environment within visual merchandising and store appearance.
• Evaluate visual merchandising and store design materials from HQ in terms of cost, ease of use, quality and images; provide structured & systematic feedback to Marketing Manager.
• Manage new store openings and store improvement project according to the corporate guidelines.
• Supervise and control store environment quality, budget and timing while being responsible for store opening and closing.
• Support the maintenance issues and analyze the data on the maintenance system to ensure that all stores are in good condition at all times.

• Minimum 5years of work experiences in Fashion Industry
• Ability of professional use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion of brand and product
• Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
• Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
• Good in English communications (both verbal and written)
• Excellent product intelligence – display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, equipment etc.
