• Gather information needed to understand the specific issues of the identified lead/prospects for lead generation
• Carry out presales activity for software license generation & project build-up, especially HCM(Human Capital Management) area
• Making proposal & support SAP best practice, success stories and customer-specific proposition
• Provide presentation & demo for prospect’s decision to implement SAP HCM
• Build up good relationship with customer during the presales activity period
• Demonstrate unique ability to add value to prospect’s business and build confidence in ERP solution
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP HCM, especially Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration
• Experiences in HRM/HRD operation or consulting
• Desirable HR accreditation such as SAP HR Certification
• Good interpersonal and presentation skill
• Ability to communicate in English
