- Develop, implement and execute operational business plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to achieve and exceed business results and service revenues.·
- Work as a partner with sales department, provide the sales support services needed to achieve business goals (Revenue and Market share) of client's products.
- Use business and marketing acumen and knowledge together with technical know-how to help close deals in the selling cycle.·
- Adopt, modify, implement and execute Pacific sales support material and standard working methodology and tools on demonstrations, evaluations and Sales Audits to fit the local environment.·
- Provide leadership to manage customer needs analysis, solution matching, presentations, demonstration, Sales Audits, Benchmarks and evaluations.·
- Fully responsible to raise the product knowledge level through frequent trainings on products and methodologies to account managers, sales support team and Application team and Managers from The CS organization.·
- Act as a focal communication point, for all product sales support related issues, among customers, technical department, management, & the division headquarter in Israel.·
- Lead and launch market surveys on new or potential products as well as new applications of current products and communicate results to management and regional marketing managers.·
- Use creativity to initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering/projects to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement ·
- Fully responsible for people management, coaching and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives.·
- Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other teams and departments.·
- Accountable and have the sole ownership to complete employee performance evaluation process and exercise before deadline.· Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.·
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments.
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.·
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years at the management level.·
- Operation business planning skill is required.·
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and local language.·
- Strong interpersonal skill and proven record of a team leader.·
- Strong project management skill is required.·
- Strong selling skill is required.·
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.·
- Strong presentation skill.
- Customer oriented and excellent customer handling skill.·
- Familiar with Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other common PC applications.·
