- Sales report : daily, weekly, monthly and sell-through
- Stock report : stock level management and review
- Shipment report
- Sales analysis
- Work closely with stores and VM on regular basis to maintain consistency in sales strategy
- Arrange local stock rotation and international stock transfer accordingly to accommodate needs of each store
- Plan and implement reorder based on the sales trends
[Seasonal]
- Participate in seasonal buying process with clear understanding of sales history
- Preparation of order books for stores and office
- Input of composition information to the system
- Price survey
- Monitor and study current trend of the market, with focus on sales and product assortment of competitors
- Translate product training material and conduct relevant product trainings
- Draw up trend report for stores
- Develop merchandising strategies and make a timely roll out to stores
- Assist and/or execute any in-store events and animations e.g. private sale
- Suggest products deem required in the market in upcoming seasons

- Education : University degree
- Languages : Fluent in English
- Min 3~4 years of experience working with high end/luxury/premium brands
- Fashion MD experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word as well as Power Point
