- Design, implement and monitor the reward system to maintain market competitiveness and retain talents
- Hire and retain diverse talent within the Asics organization.
- Develop and implement organization, people and culture agenda
- Facilitates effective performance management process across the organization
- Evolves Asics culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion activities.
- Provides effective relationship with HQ HR to ensure the consistency with global objectives and strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate guideline
- Maintain high level of HR service and operational excellence in payroll, benefit admin.
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple areas; Talent Development or Talent
Acquisition or Business Partner or C&B Planning or Employee Relations
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Fluent in both Korean and English
