o Manage 2 direct reportsand will report directly to the Director of Communications based in Korea
o Will manage integrated campaign planning, budgeting & mgmt. in partnership with commercial team
o Take the lead in MKTG Communications and develop digital/social media expertise and digital marketing capabilities
o Support and ensure integrated MKTG Communications team with centralized resource to cover all BUs across
o Lead strategic planning, execution excellence through standardized process
o Collaboration with internal stakeholders in APAC
o Domestic and international travelling may require

o 12+ years of experience in Marketing AND/OR Communications (can go down to at least 10 years' experience for the right profile, no limit max years of experience required)
o Must have at least 3 years of people management experience
o Focus on candidates from Marketing Communications Agencies covering healthcare practice OR Communications professionals from the Hospitals/ Medical Devices/ Pharma Industry would also be preferred, other industries to consider such as consumer goods
