[Activities]
• Day-to-day handling of all media requests
• Develop and distribute press materials validated by the company
• Build up relationship with press (print, digital, stylists) and respond to each individual press request
• Keenly monitor on brand related issues
• Organize seasonal press presentation twice a year and other press events and trips
• Coordinate outsourcing PR agency and vendors on events and special projects
• Housekeeping of local press clippings by daily, weekly, monthly

[Press room operation]
• Manage press showroom operation, overseeing all in/out of samples, keeping track of sample arrangements and logistics including delivery and packing, as well as sample payments
• Evaluate of media coverages by monthly
• Archive magazines and articles with brand coverage

[Communication with HQ]
• Respond to information and materials sharing from HQ
• Monthly press coverage report submission
• Show ticket requests
• Deliver requests to HQ such as image requests, creative requests and more
• Monitor delivery of all reports including monthly clipping reports, post-event reports

[Other Supports]
• Participate and support overall communication activities and events
• Update contact list of press, KOLs, business partners

• 3-6 years’ experience in relevant fields in an appropriate communication, esp. press relations
• Highly organized and excellent interpersonal skill, able to develop strong relationships with HQ, partners and key media, stylists and agencies
• Creative, innovative and able to work under pressure
• Excellent both spoken and written in English
• Knowledge of the latest fashion, beauty and digital trend
• Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
