1. Assortment planning &Initial allocation
Allocate products that meet the needs of each door and market.
Cross Check and Balance between Product and Sales team to increase sales.
Define the principles of the assortment matrix for the season (display capacity, product segmentation, POS segmentation, Backstock) for brand product
POS Grade calculation based on the store's various performances
Work closely with VM team to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales
2. Inbound tracking & Outbound planning
Coordination with other departments for Inbound & Outbound
Ensure products are unloaded and sent to the stores in a timely manner partnering with SCM team and logistics
3. Sales analysis report
Sales analysis and finding areas to improve
Analyze the previous season’s sales and report on the current season’s lines
Analyze every aspect of bestsellers and ensure that they reach their full potential
Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary
4. Stock balance check by POS
Manage the inventory level of each door to maximize sales.
Performance tracking of each door via system data and information from stores, retail & product teams.
Ensure smooth communication between office & stores
5. Product management
Quickly rotate products to drive sales efficiency and meet with promotion plans.
Set up the replenishment rules to ensure the best productivity per sku for POS
Seasonal return management
Retrimming management (Return control, draft)
경력 및 자격요건
* 2~5 Years of relevant experience
* General supply chain management knowledge
* Forecasting technique & distribution planning is prerequisite
* Understanding of fashion industry is plus
* Excellent Communication skill
* Good proficiency in written/spoken English preferred
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Anaplan, CBR experience preferred
