1) Key customer management
- Develop mid to long-term e commerce relationship in order to deliver targeted sales growth.
- Evaluate, select and nurture e-Partnership to have right where to play, where to investment strategy
- Regular call visit of key customers including e-distributors, pure player specialists.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreement with eCommerce players.
- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each eCommerce players.
- In fast changing e-Commerce environment, redefine the optimum Routes-to-market strategy with cross functional teams.
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Analyze and interpret eCommerce players’ sales report to identify strengths, weakness and business opportunities.
- Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting.
2) Implement e-merchandising
- e-merchandising (Brand corner production, Navigation and Homogeneous product display) implementation to follow score card.
- Operate investment plan as compared to established plan.
- Plan specific sales events to enhance brands’ visibility and improve sales performance
- Close work with marketing team to define online product portfolio strategy.
3) Digital insight
- Develop promotion event based on shopper insights and link with digital marketing strategy.
경력 및 자격요건
- 5+ years’ experience of FMCG in total. Minimum 3+ years in e-commerce field.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines ‒ Business results oriented:
ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Good command of English both written and verbal
