• Implement corporate SHE & TQM vision and strategy to support commercial objectives in the market
• Provide necessary services to ensure Quality/ SHE / Technical in all departments
• Ensure that the Quality Management System is consistently aligned with HQ and communicated
• Lead the cross functional continuous improvement actions and be the owner of the customer feed back processes to drive reduction of complaints.
