1. Client Engagement: Events operation & Promotion
- Develop strategic event plans to support brand initiatives, store openings, product launches leading to measurable and quantifiable results
- Independent event operation execution with maximum supervision
- Prepare and report event proposal & post event report to world-wide CM office and pro-active communication corporate functions
- Manage relevant vendors / contractors to maximize efficiency
- Monitor competitors’ activities and timely report to both internal and world-wide level
2) Client Engagement: Client Service, Treatment and Gifting
- Develop and execute client treatments (client gift & service etc.) and timely manage with plans
- Find opportunity for local festivities aligned with world-wide CM office (Chinese New Year, Chuseok, Valentine days, Christmas...)
3. Client communication & Reporting
- Support developing client communication tools and timely send to stores & clients
- Communicate with related departments on Clienteling activities with local initiative
- Communicate with world-wide CM office regularly to develop Omni-channel opportunities
경력 및 자격요건
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Luxury Business, customers, competitors and products with referable working experience in luxury industry
- Excellent Communication in English and good skill for cascading in Korean with store teams
- Strong customer focus in line with Brand hospitality culture and relational skills
- Genuine curiosity and open to learn
- Detail oriented, organized and professional
