1. Conduct on-going market study for understanding customer behaviors and marketing contents trend

2. Communicate with users including Customer Proposition, vitality Business, Digital Marketing, and sales channels for understaning specific contents development requirements

3. Lead marketing contents production planning and production process, collaborating with external vendors if needed

4. Assure the quality and timely delivery of branding/marketing contents to the users, such as;
• Product brochures & various marketing materials for product proposition
• New visualized summary of policy provisions as well as the conventional basic provisions
• Vitality marketing(lead generation and member acquisition/engagement) contents
• Personalized marketing contents per target customer segment, POC, and offer package
• Marketing materials/goods for corporate campaign/events

5. Plan and develop contents and their variations for Co's homepage and SNS
6. Regular check-up and upgrade of all the marketing contents

1. Timely delivery of marketing materials required without errors (critical as regulation is related)(40%)

3. Quality and effectiveness of marketing contents (30%)

• University graduated or above
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Branding / Marketing area
• Insurance / Financial Services Industry experience preferred
• Good understanding/insights of insurance products and customer behaviors
• English proficiency(both written and spoken)
